El mobiliario clásico de madera oscura, la luz cálida y sus reducidas dimensiones hacen de este local uno de los pubs más agradables, acojedores, y con mejor ambiente de la ciudad. A music and art explosion, an impressive monastery, and the best atmosphere of fun, spontaneity and generosity: the essential ingredients that have made possible the 22nd MEDIAWAVE Festival, International Film & Music!

Four intensive days in Fort Monostor enjoying open-air concerts, theatrical performances, the screening of a large collection of films, workshops and music. It's a festival that, preserving their hungarian roots, every year  call artists together all over the world. The most of the musicians come from Transilvania and Hungary, and they delight us with national music themes, the rithm of the gypsy music, and awesome experimental melodies fruits of pure improvisation! An excellent atmosphere... 

Una explosión de música y arte, un impresionante monasterio, y el mejor ambiente de diversión, espontaneidad y generosidad: los ingredientes esenciales que han hecho possible la 22° edición del MEDIAWAVE, Festival Internacional de Música y Cine!

Cuatro días intensos en Fort Monostor de conciertos al aire libre, obras de teatro, la continua reproducción de una extensa colección de películas, workshops y música. Es un festival que, sin olvidar sus raices húngaras, reune anualmente artistas de todo el mundo. La gran mayoría de músicos proceden de Transilvania y Hungria, y nos deleitan con temas de música nacional, el ritmo de la música gitana, e increibles melodias experimentales fruto de pura improvisación! Un ambiente excelente...

Sirály is a three-level cafe and art hub located in the heart of the Jewish Quarter that worth visiting for its good feeling. The friendly, artistic and creative atmosphere in the ground floor is perfect to hang out for some drinks or take a coffee, enjoying the art exhibited in the back room lying on old couches and original chairs. 

For the students: If you're looking for a calm and relaxing space to spend a studious afternoon, follow the wooden spiral staircase to reach the library in the first floor. However, entertaiment is also ensured, for those who want to take a break during the evenings! Check out the program and enjoy the theatrical performances, workshops, lectures and concerts that take place in the basement of  this excellent bar! 

Sirály es una cafetería y centro de arte de tres plantas situado en el corazón del barrio Judío de Budapest, que vale la pena hacerle una visita por el buen "feeling" que transmite. El ambiente acogedor, artístico y creativo de la planta baja es genial para pasar una tarde agradable tomando un café o un par de cervezas. Siéntate en las originales sillas y los sillones antiguos de la habitación del fondo y disfruta de las obras de arte que se exponen.

Para los estudiantes: si buscas un espacio tranquilo y silencioso para pasar una tarde de estudio, sube las escaleras de madera en espiral hasta la luminosa biblioteca de la primera planta. Sin embargo, la diversión también está asegurada para aquellos que quieren hacer un "break" por la noche! LÁMPÁS, red brick walls and silver pipes

If you're looking for a great underground ruin bar in Budapest, pass through the metal door and go down by the concrete staircase in Dob street 15. Lámpás is definitely your place! It is  a low ceiling basement bar, with huge silver pipes and bookshleves hanging from the brick walls. The variety of lamps and the red light create the perfect atmosphere in each of the rooms to enjoy a musical performance, play table football and hang out for a drink!

Si estás buscando un "ruin bar underground" en Budapest, atraviesa la puerta metálica y baja las escaleras de hormigón del numero 15 en la calle Dob. Lámpás es el local! Es un bar situado en un sótano de techos bajos, tuberías plateadas, y estanterías llenas de libros colgando de las paredes de ladrillo.
